How do I sign out of HBO Max on all devices at once?+

Sign in on a phone, tablet or computer, choose your profile, then go to Account → Devices → Sign Out All Devices. HBO Max notes the sign-out can take up to 4 hours to reach every device. Changing your password also forces a sign-out everywhere — useful if you suspect someone else is using your account.

Why does HBO Max say my account is streaming on too many devices?+

Each HBO Max plan allows a set number of simultaneous streams, and the message appears when your household goes over that limit. Stop playback on another device, or review who is signed in under Account → Devices and remove devices you don't recognize.
