Trademark Notice
Updated 2026-07-12
Zemivora writes about other companies' products all day — that is the entire point of a troubleshooting site. This page clarifies who owns those names and what our use of them means, and does not mean.
Zemivora is independent
Zemivora is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any manufacturer, platform, or streaming service mentioned on this site. No brand has reviewed or approved our content.
Third-party trademarks
Samsung, LG, Sony, TCL, Hisense, VIZIO, Philips, Panasonic, and Xiaomi; Tizen, webOS, Android TV, Google TV, Roku, and Fire TV; and Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Prime Video, Max (HBO Max), Hulu, Apple TV+, Paramount+, and Plex — along with their respective logos — are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Any other product or company name that appears on this site is likewise the property of its respective owner. The absence of a name from this list does not waive anyone's trademark rights.
Nominative fair use
We use these names only to identify the products and services the guides are about — you cannot explain how to fix a Netflix error on a Samsung TV without saying "Netflix" and "Samsung". This descriptive, nominative use does not imply any relationship with the trademark owners.
Zemivora does not use any third-party logo as its own branding, and its guides state plainly when a step comes from a brand's official documentation.
What this means for you
Zemivora is not the customer support of any of these companies. If your device is under warranty, if you need an official repair, or if you have an account or billing issue, contact the brand's official support channels — each guide links to the relevant one.
Trademark concerns
If you represent a trademark owner and believe any use on this site goes beyond fair, descriptive reference, contact [email protected] and we will review it promptly.
