About Zemivora
Updated 2026-07-12
Zemivora is an independent troubleshooting site for Smart TVs and streaming apps. We publish step-by-step guides for the error codes and problems that stop people from watching — and nothing else.
What Zemivora is
Zemivora is a reference site for fixing Smart TV and streaming problems: error codes, Wi-Fi drops, HDMI signal issues, apps that crash, remotes that stop responding. Each guide covers one specific problem on one specific brand, platform, or app, with solutions ordered from the quickest, safest step to the last resort.
The site covers the major TV brands (Samsung, LG, Sony, TCL, Hisense, Vizio, Philips, Panasonic, Xiaomi), the platforms they run (Tizen, webOS, Google TV, Android TV, Roku, Fire TV), and the streaming apps people actually use on them.
Independent, not affiliated with any brand
Zemivora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Samsung, LG, Sony, Netflix, Roku, Disney, Amazon, Google, or any other manufacturer or streaming service mentioned on this site. Brand and product names appear only to identify the devices and apps the guides are about; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
That independence matters for troubleshooting content: we can tell you when a problem is on the manufacturer's side, when a popular "fix" circulating online doesn't actually work, and when your best option is simply to contact official support.
How the site is funded
Zemivora is funded by advertising, and it may also earn commissions from clearly marked affiliate links — for example, to a replacement HDMI cable or a streaming device. Advertisers and affiliate programs have no influence over what the guides say: we don't accept payment to recommend a product, a fix, or a service.
If a page contains an affiliate link, that is disclosed on the page itself. Ads are always distinguishable from the guide content.
Who runs Zemivora
Zemivora is published by Zemivora. Guides are written and maintained by the Zemivora editorial team, which verifies each problem against official documentation before publishing — our Methodology page explains exactly how that works.
What we are not
Zemivora is not a customer support service. We can't repair your TV, access your streaming account, or open warranty claims. For hardware failures and account issues, the manufacturer's or streaming service's official support is the right channel — and our guides say so whenever that's the honest answer.
