Does Titan OS support Chromecast (Google Cast)?+

No. Philips TVs on Titan OS don't include Google Cast, which the brand's Google TV models had, though AirPlay is still supported. The app selection is also smaller than on Google TV, so if a casting option or an app disappeared after switching models, that's a platform limitation, not a fault.

Why did my Philips TV switch from Google TV to Titan OS?+

Philips (TP Vision) announced in 2024 that its new TV lineup moves from Google TV to its own Titan OS. Existing Google TV models keep their current system. The change applies to new models, so two Philips TVs bought a year apart can run completely different software.
